All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days provided all items are in stock at the time of purchase. For all orders placed on the weekends and holidays, processing starts on the next business day. We will not be held responsible for orders returned due to insufficient/incorrect address, failure delivery or multiple delivery attempts. We have the right to charge the buyer any and all re-shipping costs. If you provided the wrong shipping address with your order, please contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org. On the subject write ‘Urgent Shipping’. State the order number, name on the order and the corrected address. We will reply to your request within 24 hours; this may delay your order processing time.
We give our customers 7 days from the delivery day to return the items back to us for an exchange. No refunds will be given, store credit only. We will give you a store credit minus the cost of shipping. All returned items must be unworn and contain original tags and packaging. We will not accept merchandise returned without tags and packaging.

- Upon shipping back the item please email us at email@example.com. On the subject of the email, write: "Exchange Order". Make sure to include the following information so that we can properly credit your account: Your name, order number, reason for return and tracking number.
- Once we receive your return shipment, a credit will be added to your account and you will receive an email confirmation with instructions to redeem.
